Browlift

A forehead lift or browlift can smooth out the wrinkles & correct drooping brows & heavy lids to provide a younger,more alert, awake and friendlier appearance. Can be performed alone or with other cosmetic procedures such as eyelid surgery, or laser skin resurfacing. The process can involve removing selected muscles & releasing tissues causing wrinkles.

The eyebrows may also be elevated, & excess skin at the incision will be removed to allow a gentle re-draping of forehead skin. Can be performed as an outpatient procedure under local anesthesia with sedation, or general anesthesia, & may take 1-2 hours. There may be some swelling & bruising that may last from 7-10 days. You may wear make-up after 3 days and your sutures will be removed in 7-10 days.
